Each year, Fragonard honours and celebrates a single flower from the palette of fragrances used by fine makers.
In 2016, Fragonard celebrated the Iris. Symbolising nobility, the Iris is one of the oldest raw materials, and above all one of the most precious. Nicknamed the "blue gold of France", Iris pallida grows in the sunny climes of Tuscany.
In 2017, our guests will become acquainted with the peony. A soft and gentle creation, Fragonard’s Peony fragrance emanates fruity redcurrant, rhubarb and mock orange notes. Its heart notes of three peonies (pink, red and white) rest on notes of iris, musk and amber. Its delicate fragrance has inspired a range of perfumed products, available as a limited edition.
